Designated to serve as a 'gateway community center' of California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, this proposal is drawn from the studies of architects Herman Hertzberger and Herzog de Meuron. The program layout integrates work, leisure, and living; with a laboratory easily accessible by resident researchers and public program easily accessible by visitors.
